Principle of luminescence
The terminal voltage of the PN junction forms a certain potential barrier. When the forward bias voltage is applied, the potential barrier drops, and the majority carriers in the P region and the N region diffuse to each other. Since the electron mobility is much greater than the hole mobility, a large number of electrons will diffuse to the P region, forming an injection of minority carriers in the P region. These electrons recombine with the holes on the valence band, and the energy obtained during the recombination is released in the form of light energy. This is the principle of PN junction luminescence.
Product features
Features of LED downlights: Maintain the overall unity and perfection of architectural decoration, do not destroy the setting of lamps, the light source is hidden inside the architectural decoration, not exposed, no glare, and the visual effect is soft and uniform.
Energy saving: The power consumption of ordinary energy-saving lamps with the same brightness is 1/2.
Environmental protection: It does not contain harmful substances such as mercury and does not pollute the environment.
Economical: Saving electricity can reduce electricity bills, and the cost of lamps can be recovered in one and a half years. A family can save dozens of yuan in electricity bills per month.
Low carbon: Saving electricity is equivalent to reducing carbon emissions.
Long life: The life of LED lamps is 100,000 hours. Calculated based on six hours of use per day, an LED lamp can be used for 40 years.
