1. Process flow:
Installation of lamp stands and lamps → connection of down conductors → lamp test
2. Installation of lamp stands and lamps:
(1) Measure the installation height of lamps (lamp stands) according to the design requirements and mark them on the poles.
(2) Hang the lamp stands and lamps on the poles (heavier lamp stands and lamps can be hung on the poles using pulleys and ropes), put on the clamps or bolts, find the illumination angle according to the design requirements, find the flatness, and then tighten the lamp stands.
(3) The elevation angles of lamps installed in a row should be consistent and arranged neatly.
3. Connection of down conductors: Fix the pin insulator on the lamp stand, tie one end of the wire back on the insulator, and connect them to the lamp holder wire and fuse respectively. Wrap the rubber cloth and black tape in half widths. Then, tighten the other end of the wire and connect it to the street light main line after buckling it.
4. The phase line of the lamp should be equipped with a fuse, and the phase line should be connected to the center terminal of the screw-type lamp holder.
5. The connection point between the line and the street light main line should be 400~600mm away from the center of the pole, and the two sides should be symmetrical.
6. There should be no joints in the aerial section of the down conductor, and the length should not exceed 4m. If it exceeds, a fixed point should be added or a steel pipe lead should be used.
7. The wire should be covered with a soft plastic tube at the entrance and exit of the lamp frame, and a waterproof bend should be made.
8. Test the lamp: After all the installation work is completed, power on, test the lamp, and further adjust the illumination angle of the lamp.
