2. Light guide plate and diffusion plate

3. Lamp beads and patches

5. Power supply
The power supply is also the most important factor affecting the price of LED panel lights. A bad power supply directly affects the life of the LED panel light. The performance of UL power supply is relatively stable. The price is about 53 yuan, the price of TUV power supply is about 33, and there are other CE power supplies.
6. Packaging
If it is simple packaging, it can be done for a few yuan. For a slightly better one, for example, 10 yuan, it is a carton with four corners plus a top and bottom cover, and an outer carton shell packaging.
7. Auxiliary materials
The auxiliary materials include foam pads, tapes, wires, and terminals, and the cost is about 5 yuan.
8. Labor expenses
Generally, 10 people produce 300 pieces a day. Calculated at 1,800 yuan/person/month, 1800÷30X10=600 yuan. Labor expenses are about 2 yuan/piece.
To sum up, the cost of LED panel lights is about 250 yuan to 280 yuan. If better materials are used, the cost may be more than 300 yuan.
